Playscape Technician Natural Playground Construction GRG Playscapes is transforming outdoor play spaces across Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago while building a reputation for high quality products and outstanding customer experience. Our growth is opening opportunities for creative, hands-on work in production and construction. The Playscape Technician works in the two main pieces of our construction operations: building material production and on-site construction. In material production we turn raw materials (typically logs and whole trees) into building materials and playscape features ready for installation. On-site construction and installation takes place at childcare centers, schools, and public parks. This position reports to the Playscape Construction Foreman and to the Production Supervisor, who work in tandem to drive construction operations. Responsibilities Safety: adhere to best safety practices in all aspects of work. Workplace Organization: keep order with tools, building materials, and equipment. Material Processing: assist in material processing and order fulfillment. Construction: assist in playscape installation and other on-site duties. Qualifications Vehicles: Valid Driver's license preferred. Location: Position based in Milwaukee. Ability: Lift at least 50 lbs and work on feet throughout the day.
