BURLINGTON, MA — Eleven percent of Town Meeting members did not attend any of the three nights of last month's Town Meeting, according to records from the Town Clerk's office. Fourteen of the 126 members missed each night. Still, Town Meeting had more than enough attendees — 64 is a quorum — to pass the $152 million operating budget for FY22.
