Large male black dog named ROSCOE escaped from the 3400 block of Flournoy, was headed east on Van Buren, last seen around Van Buren and Western. Shy and afraid of loud noises but super friendly and gentle! Was wearing a blue collar with his name and phone number on it. Please keep an eye out and contact if you find him!
