Job Summary: Completes janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. This will be a part-time 32hours a week.
*Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
*Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
*Maintains grounds and common areas.
*Provides on-call maintenance service, as directed. Responds to emergencies, as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
*Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work preferred.
*Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
