WE ARE HIRING IN BREMEN!!! Looking for energetic candidates for a 1st shift position. Company offers Medical/ Dental benefits and offers 401k once hired on Primary Function: The Line Person is responsible for placing kit components on an assembly line, handling scrap product, housekeeping, scrap reduction, and maintaining quality standards. The Line Person must accommodate any reasonable request of the Production Lead Person, Production Supervisor or Manager. Essential Functions: • Follow all Company policies • Responsible for food quality and safety • Responsible for ensuring that HACCP procedures are followed, i ncluding checks, completed documentation • Responsible for contacting responsible persons to ensure corrective action for any non-conformances • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and equipment • Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) • Performs duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to the Supervisor, Lead Person or Manager • Assists in other facets of production as needed • Must be able to perform repetitive motions in a fast paced environment • Read and write English • Be a team player with a positive attitude and work well with others • Know and understand the importance of safety, quality, housekeeping and teamwork • Dependable and flexible when work is required in other facets of production • Can work with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment • Must be able to properly lift up to 35 pounds without assistance • Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required 30/Douglasville/5KJF
