Press release from the Town of Huntington: June 3, 2021 Town of Huntington Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci issued a statement on June 3 in response to news of an alleged bias attack at a Huntington Station mall currently under investigation by law enforcement: "It is absolutely unacceptable for bullying and violence of any kind to be directed at any person in the Town of Huntington. We pride ourselves on being a microcosm of our entire nation with a shared respect for the many cultures that comprise our united community. Learning of the alleged bias attack at a local shopping center, it is especially disappointing to believe there are young people visiting or living in our Town who do not share this common respect for others.
