Fix broken gas cap and lever on Volkswagen Beetle

I am renting a car through Turo, a VW Beetle and I managed to break two different things - the lever to adjust the steering wheel and the gas cap. Both snapped. I will ONLY be in Broward County Sunday and Monday, so they must be fixed same day. - DO NOT MESSAGE ME ASKING FOR A CODE - Payment will be after it is fixed, you can hold on to my ID as collateral if you'd like PRICE MUST BE REASONABLE!
