Discover the secret nightlife of New Jersey's bats! This event is open to both youth and adults and will take place at dusk. Rutgers experts will use special bat acoustic detectors that can record and identify the species of bat flying overhead in real-time. Participants will learn about bat species native to NJ, their behaviors and habitats, threats to their population, and ways to protect these important animals.
