STAMFORD, CT — The Connecticut Department of Transportation will begin milling and paving work on Cold Spring Road/Washington Boulevard between Tresser Boulevard and High Ridge Road on June 7, according to the City of Stamford. The project will take place from June 7 until July 2, weather permitting. Milling will begin on Cold Spring Road near High Ridge. All work will be done at night between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. and motorists should expect lane closures while work is being performed.
