At the East Islip High School career exploration program's annual Catch-A-CareerBreakfast, held on April 29 with the support of the East Islip School-Business Partnership,25 business professionals in different job fields – including Northwell Health, ZebraTechnologies, Sunrise Counseling Center and the New York Islanders – met both in personand virtually with 45 students to speak about careers the students were interested in.
"With the help of our School-Business Partnership members, we were able to becreative and bring our students the same Catch-A-Career experience this year, just COVID-friendly," said Bridget Lopiccolo, who developed and organizes Catch-A-Career with fellowteacher Paul McHugh.
