We sell residential solar, roofing, insulation, energy-efficient upgrades, EV chargers, and batteries. Position Summary Seeking Licensed Electrician (02) to join our local Solar Install team. Our Journeyman Electricians lead electrical installations, including balance of system (BOS) layout, inverter installation, conduit and wiring, service disconnects, grid intertie, voltage testing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes. Benefits & Compensation -Full-time Position -Paid Time Off -Health Benefits (medical/dental/vision/voluntary) -401k -Company Vehicle -Tool Expense Account -Signing Bonus Key Responsibilities -Install solar components, replace and install solar panels, generator installs and miscellaneous repairs. -Able to read and understand electrical and structural plans and interpret field layouts -Ensure work performed is of good workmanship and compliant with state and local requirements -Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues -Work with Project Manager and Electrical Administrator to fulfill any necessary system upgrades and repairs Qualifications and Requirements -Possess active Electrician License (02) -Willing to work with and develop apprentices -Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control while following L&I safety standards -Maintain professional appearance, attitude, and client interactions at all times -Must have a valid driver’s license, no priors on driving record, and willing to undergo a background check -Overnight travel throughout Washington state is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: 40.00 per hour + OT Available
