Renovation Technician - Multifamily Apartments

We are currently renovating 1-2 apartment communities in the Auburn area. We are looking for a Technician to join our team and assist with completing most aspects of interior work AND any tasks assigned by the Superintendent in vacant and occupied residential apartment units. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Unit interior demolition: removing lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, etc.; drywall and door repair, and other miscellaneous items. Unit interior installation: lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, window coverings, etc. Unit Interior Punch/Finish: make the unit “Rent Ready” for inspection by Superintendent and then by Property Management. Required skills: Experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance installation; drywall repair; painting. Skill set to include replacement of interior fixtures and finishes. Use of power and hand tools. Attention to detail. Self-motivated. Team player. Professional communication.
