Learn to master the time tested "Surf and Turf" meal with our Bodacious chefs. Join us for the classic "Surf and Turf" cooking demonstration. Our chef will demonstrate the proper techniques of preparing a delicious meal featuring steak and our delicious gulf seafood! Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. -Currently, ALL our classes are Demonstration style, hands off classes for the safety of our guests and employees. -ALL our classes will have three courses, with a light appetizer or salad, a main course, and a dessert. – Please enter through the Bodacious Shops main doors on Palafox Street! – Wine & beer service available. – Participants receive 10% off at So Gourmet on the day of the class. – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel this event and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
