Wine tasting Includes 5 different wines, food provided by Coastal Bites, and a bottle to take home! Iron Oak Post is excited to announce our very first wine tasting. This tasting will also be a collaboration with Coastal Bites, a Peruvian Fusion restaurant in Downtown Melbourne. The tasting will include a Sangria and 5 wines featuring J Vineyards along with a food pairing and a bottle to take home! Wine and Food Pairing: Course 1: Wine: Pinot Gris Food: Quinoa with Avocado Pearls, Root Vegetables and mixed greens drizzled with orange Dijon vinaigrette. Course 2: Wine: Cuvee Food: Steamed mussels served cold with a cilantro zesty relish. Course 3: Wine: Chardonnay Food: Cobia in shrimp béchamel and potato piatta. Course 4: Wine: Pinot Noir Food: Marinated Lamb chop, medley mashed cauliflower, charred rustic carrots and spinach. Course 5: Wine: Cuvee 20 Food: Lucuma sorbet with chocolate foam and almond crumbles.
