MIDDLETOWN, CT — The annual Summer Sounds Concert Series will be held Thursday nights at Spear Park in Middletown, officials announced Thursday. The concerts, which are free, will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and begin June 10. Rain dates are the following Thursdays and the decision will be made by 12 noon on the day of the performance.
