Press release from Black Hawk College: June 2nd, 2021 Congratulations to the recent graduates of the Highway Construction Careers Training Program (HCCTP) at Black Hawk College. The 450-hour program aims to increase the number of minorities, women and disadvantaged individuals working on Illinois Department of Transportation highway construction projects.
