Position Summary: This is an entry level laborer position in the asphalt industry. General Responsibilities: As a Laborer with us, you will be responsible for taking direction from superiors in the application of asphalt/ sealcoat while we work on asphalt projects. · Learn how to work safely – wear all PPE and why it is needed, stay out of traffic, working around heavy equipment, working around other contractors, proper lifting techniques, and awareness of your surroundings Room for advancement and cross training for all types of crews within the asphalt industry. Qualifications: · Must be at least 18 years of age · Preferred valid driver’s license and/ or reliable transportation · Must be willing to work weekends if or when necessary. · Report to the assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
