Press release from the City of Wilkes-Barre: June 3, 2021 - 1:48pm Today, Mayor George C. Brown announced that the City of Wilkes-Barre will postpone the opening of  the Coal Street Splash Pad to Saturday, June 5th, due to the inclement weather predicted for tomorrow.
