Were you impacted by the Almeda Fire? Did you lose your home or business? Are you facing psychological and emotional obstacles as an effect of the fire? Are you a first responder or support worker who wants to share your experience? We are a journalist/photographer team looking for people affected by the Alameda fire to interview and photograph for a photojournalism piece. Jesika Theos is a lifestyle and editorial photographer and a native Ashlander who lives in Maine. Her photography has appeared in many publications, including The New York Times and Boston Magazine. Emma Pattee is a journalist and a native Ashlander who lives in Portland. Her writing has been in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Willamette Week, Glamour, Elle, Real Simple, and Oprah.
