I am looking to hire someone for a small private event I am hosting. The event will be at a resort in town.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Meeting invited guests and making sure they are registered and have key card access to parking
Answering the door for guests
Answering calls as they come in
Serving beverages and hors d'oeuvres
Making sure all glasses stay full and ice is always stocked
Cutting cake during the cake cutting ceremony
Passing out party favors
.....and attending to the needs of the event host and guests as requested.
There will be a lot of standing and walking during this time as you will be an event assistant for the entire evening.
Hiring for Friday June 11. Time starts at 6pm and ends at 1am. You must be available for the entire shift advertised.
Payment will be $12 - $14 per hour based on your performance and you will be paid in cash at the end of the event.
Attire is black business attire. An all black dress and heels if a woman and a black blazer and pants with a white shirt and solid black tie if a male.
You must be well groomed in appearance as this will be an event for an exclusive group.
No personal mobile devices or devices with cameras are allowed during the event.
