ELMHURST, IL — A semi-truck carrying fireworks rolled over and caught fire under an overpass on St. Charles Road in Elmhurst on Friday morning, according to WGN. It has prompted the closure of all northbound lanes on Interstate 294 at St. Charles Road, the news station said.
