Free Meals For Kids 18 And Under Available Starting June 7

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Anyone 18 and under throughout Bolingbrook and Romeoville is eligible to receive free meals this summer, beginning June 7. Sponsored by VVSD Nutrition Services, meals will include breakfast and lunch. The service will be available from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday through July 30, except July 5. Schools in Romeoville where kids can pick up their meals are Irene King Elementary School, 301 Eaton Ave.; Beverly Skoff Elementary School, 775 W. Normantown Ave.; and A. Vito Martinez Middle School, 590 Belmont Drive. In Bolingbrook, participating schools are Brooks Middle School, 350 Blair Lane; Humphrey Middle School, 777 Falconridge Way; Independence Elementary School, 230 S. Orchard Drive; and John R. Tibbott Elementary School, 520 Gary Drive. Meals are available to be picked up at Door #1 of each school. More information about the program can be found on its website.
