Regular babysitting job for 12/hr

Hello, I work from home and have a 21 month old daughter who I need a babysitter for. I would need you for once or twice a week (sometimes more, if you were able) from 8:30am to 12:30pm and you would have all you need here to easily care for her. She has plenty of toys, videos and I keep her favorite foods/snacks around at all times. I would be working in a back room so you could reach me if you have any problems and I’d be happy to help as you’re eased into this new situation. I am very patient and understanding - I am not a strict parent and I only ask for someone who can keep my child safe, love on her and treat her well. I would be able to let you start working right away. I mostly need someone who can do either Thursday and/or Friday but would sometimes have Saturdays available as well as date nights if you want to make extra.
