Description
Well-established, Reliable, High-end Residential General Contractor is looking to hire a skilled Foreman/Lead Painter with experience in all aspects of residential painting, as well as provide guidance and supervision to the project crew involved in painting projects. The Foreman/Lead Painter’s responsibilities include assigning and explaining tasks to the project crew, responding to clients’ requests, and regularly inspecting work done by the crew to ensure that it conforms to company's high standards. Foreman Lead Painter Responsibilities: Performing painting projects with exceptional attention to detail. Assigning and explaining tasks to the project crew; supervising as necessary Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames in which projects should be completed. Work closely with company management to ensure project needs are met Maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Foreman Lead Painter Requirements: Proven experience in residential painting, minimum of 12-15 years experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Effective communication skills, paired with strong leadership skills.
