We buy and sell pre-owned appliances Edith Appliance is looking for someone to work in this unique work environment We are looking for someone that is a hard worker, hustles, has an eye for details and takes pride in their work. You will be working on washing machines and electric dryers Qualifications: -Must have valid clean drivers license -Must be able to pass drug screening and background check -Must be able to read work orders -Must be able to move appliances with hand truck dolly (Fridges, washers, dryers and ovens) -Must be able to work a full 5 days with excellent attendance -Must be able to work Saturdays. -Must be 18 years or older and legal US citizen. -Must have reliable transportation to get to work everyday and on time. -Must purchase or own hand tools Benefits: -Bonus plan available after 60 days of employment -Bi-weekly pay -Tuesdays and Sunday’s off -Fun friendly environment -5 days a week -Paid vacation after 1year of employment Job includes: (We provide training) -Testing machines for an accurate diagnosis Diagnosing the problem -Being able to problem solve fast and efficiently Replacing any parts and re-testing the appliance to make sure it will function properly -Proper re-assembly of the machines -Testing and diagnosing multiple appliances at once -Keep a clean, friendly and safe work environment -Scavenging parts from totaled appliances -Organizing and cleaning the yard (Where we keep our appliances in organized sections) -Loading and unloading trucks -Reading and understanding repair work orders -Making sure customer warranty repairs are done in a timely matter -Cleaning up work stations during and at the end of the day -Friendly customer service -General labor Moving and organizing appliances Loading up trucks with scrap appliances General labor. Always room for learning new things here.
