We buy and sell pre-owned appliances Edith Appliance is looking for someone to work in this unique work environment We are looking for someone that is a hard worker, hustles, has an eye for details and takes pride in their work. You will be working on washing machines and electric dryers Qualifications: -Must have valid clean drivers license -Must be able to pass drug screening and background check -Must be able to read work orders for deliveries -Must be able to move appliances with hand truck dolly (Fridges, washers, dryers and ovens) -Must be able to work a full 5 days with excellent attendance -Must be able to work Saturdays. -Must be 18 years or older and legal US citizen. -Must have reliable transportation to get to work everyday and on time. -Must purchase or own hand tools -Must be able to drive a box truck Benefits: -Bonus plan available after 60 days of employment -Bi-weekly pay -Tuesdays and Sunday’s off -Fun friendly environment -5 days a week -Paid vacation after 1year of employment -pay starts at $13 an hour Job includes: (We provide training) -Delivering appliances (fridges stoves washers and dryers) -Appliance installation -loading and unloading trucks -Taking scrap metal to scrap yard -delivering appliances in a safe and timely matter -making sure not to destroy anything in customers homes (scratching walls floors etc.) including appliances being delivered -Make sure appliances are not leaking after install -installing the correct dryer cord before delivery -General labor includes Cleaning appliances occasionally Cleaning and straightening up appliance yard Taking parts off of appliances for technicians Moving appliances for our Detailers And anything else we may ask yo to do Business hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm Saturday’s 10am to 5pm Come join the team here at Edith Appliance Come to our location at 4129 Edith Blvd. NE 87107 ask for our manager James and fill out an application
