Rehoming Male Cat

Three year old neutered male cat needs a loving home. We are moving out of state and are not allowed a cat at our rental, sadly. Great with kids of all ages and dogs. He's currently an indoor outdoor kitty and loves to sunbathe in the yard (or on top of my car. Haha. He will get down when I tell him to.) He's never lived with another cat but seems to tolerate the feral cats in the neighborhood if they come into the yard and has a couple of favorites. He is litter box trained but mostly uses the bathroom when he's outside. We have a bell on our backdoor and he'll ring that when he wants to go out. I'd be happy to answer any questions.
