Job Details: The ideal candidate will possess the following: • Shop Foreman experience in the Tire Parts/Service industry or related area. • 3-5 Years of Automotive Tech / Mechanic experience. • Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Superior communication skills – including listening speaking/writing. • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve independently. • Ability to build or acquire knowledge to improve or develop skills. • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and effectively deal with difficult situations and or people. • Negotiate and secure cooperation daily from a variety of individuals. Duties Include, but not limited: • Lead a team of service professionals in a fast-paced environment; mentor, coach and motivate teammates to develop their technical and leadership skills. • Ensure the team maintains a safe and clean work environment. • Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers. • Collaborate with Service Manager to create work schedules and manage service center flow. • Create work orders and perform repair services as outlined.
