Plumber Needed To Transition From Lead Bend Toilet to PVC

Plumber needed. Going to tile floor and want to raise flange. Lead bend pipe want to transition to PVC. I have floor up under toilet to show pictures. I can put floor back after plumbing. I have seen many ways on utubes this is done. Experience with lead bend required. Please see pictures and give your price with how you would plan to do this.
