Performance Archery is looking for the right person to handle our arrow fletching department. The right candidate will have very good attention to detail, great vision up close, and work quickly and efficiently. Previous arrow fletching experience is not required. If you do not have experience fletching arrows, you will need previous manufacturing experience. Fletching arrows is where you are attaching the plastic or feather fletching to the back of the arrow shaft. You will need to be able to read a work order, understand all of the processes that go along with the wide variety of combinations, work quickly, and build a beautiful end product. Our hours are flexible for this position. This could be a part time or full time position depending on the quality of the candidate.
