Farm Hand / General Laborer needed. - Flexible hours

Hello, We own a 15-acre farm and I also run a business, so from time to time I need an extra hand to help keep up on things. I'm looking for someone who is a hard worker and does not mind rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty. Here are some example jobs that come to mind: Pondweed removal (needs done ASAP) Fence repair Cutting, loading, stacking firewood Animal waste removal General weeding & yard work General tractor work Painting & etc.. Hours are very flexible, and this hopefully can turn into a scheduled thing, but we can play that by ear. We pay daily @ $12 per hour for most jobs.
