Job Title: Trimmer and Packager Job Overview: Avant Garden, a tier 2 indoor hydroponic cannabis cultivation facility located in Oakridge, Oregon, is currently accepting applications for a Trimming and Packaging position. This position is full-time, with approximately 34-40 hours a week. Workdays begin at 8:00am and end between 3:00-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. The work consists of bucking down, trimming, and packaging products. Product packaging includes making and packaging pre-rolls. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, punctual, and able to quickly adapt to our standard practices. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Carefully inspecting nugs. Carefully trimming and manicuring buds to company standards. Maintaining cleanliness of trim room space. Maintaining all trim team tools in proper working order. Rolling joints based on incoming orders. Preparing product for testing. Packaging joints, and printing and stickering joint tubes. Applicant Requirements: Must be 21 or older, have OLCC Marijuana workers permit. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must demonstrate ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must arrive for shift on time, clean, and ready to work. Must have the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Must communicate effectively and positively with team members and management including verbal and written communication. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, and must be able to lift 50lbs, repeatedly, throughout the day.
