Seeking a licensed dog trainer!

Hi! I have a beautiful 10 month old terrier mix (not sure what she’s mixed with but she’s about the size of a mini blue heeler) Her name is Daisy May She is the SWEETEST dog ever, and listens to me very well. I’ve had her nearly three weeks. She listens to commands, well behaved in the house and car, gets along great with my cats. However she was clearly abused by her previous owners. She is so scared of other people, dogs, bikers, loud noises. She tucks her tail and runs in fear. Does not bite or growl or even bark, no aggression at all. She acts like people are going to hurt her. I’d like her to be comfortable around people, be able to go on walks, to the park. And feel safe :-) Looking to work with a trainer at least once or twice a week until she gets better.
