Hello Artist Friends, I am developing an art space, for artists who don't have a place to paint or don't have the supplies, would like some help marketing their work, some inspiration, or who would like to add some spice to their scene with some socializing! I will be renting a space large enough to fit 7 artists, one of which can receive free service in exchange for managing the space. The space will be equipped with a full kitchen so that artists can leave their lunch in the fridge, and that snacks can be available. Snacks and beverages will be provided, as well as lockers to store equipment, and reserved wall space. There will be monthly shows with our friends and family invited and your work showcased on the double-height space. Shows will be included in the sublease. Storage of supplies is included.
