Need some work done on our property in Spring Valley - Garbage disposal needs replacing. new one already on site. - dishwasher to be installed. new one already on site - kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. new one already on site. - small drywall repair - Metal patio door needs repair - folding closet doors to be reinstalled. Can send pics of work to be done. Looking to get done tomorrow if possible. Please send experience, availability, references and any info on bid/hourly rate. Will allow those that provide all information to walk property if needed to verify bid.
