Great for someone looking for part-time work but available throughout the day. Great for someone who like a flexible schedule. Ideal for someone with a background in managing properties and/or can perform labor tasks such as: basic maintenance work, basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic install, painting, etc. Being available for tenant calls is important and then reporting work to ownership/management. Person needs to have a car/truck so they can get to the job site downtown and then go to hardware stores for basic supplies. Ideal for someone who also wants to learn about real estate investing as this will be great training and exposure.
