Looking for yardwork helper

Reposting as my previous hire fell through. I'm looking for someone to help me out around the yard this summer and fall as I recover from shoulder surgery. The primary tasks would be cutting the grass, weed-whacking, clearing brush, carrying bags of soil, etc. Our property is about 3 acres big with a small pond and a wooded area. It takes about 2-3 hours to cut and trim. I will provide all tools for you, including a riding mower. All I ask is that you be reliable, trustworthy, and hard working. Given the nature of the job, you should be able to lift around 40 lbs max and be comfortable working in the dirt and sun. Useful skills include gardening, pond cleanup, and light carpentry. Pay for this position is $15-$20 an hour depending on experience. I will likely need help a couple times a week for several hours at a time. I have a large dog who is friendly but will bark and get excited when meeting new people. My wife and I are fully vaccinated. We are located in Aurora near Tinkers Creek.
