Handyman to hang framed print

Small task to unpost hanged picture and re-post to preferred location. Print is 16"x 9" and only about 7lbs. Print was hung with Command strips and a nail. Must have experience. I have Command strips, no nails. I don't want the wall to be damaged. Pay $35.00 for approx. 20 min. work.
