home renovation help needed

Hello there. I am gradually renovating my home, and would like having someone familiar with home renovation to help me with the work. This would ideally be two or three days a week. The upcoming tasks include tiling a shower, sheetrock, plumbing, building a deck and a pergola, running irrigation lines for the yard, etc. skills I'm looking for include woodworking, sheetrock and plaster, painting, and general skill with tools. I'm looking to start someone at $20 an hour, and I will pay daily.
