I have a 1 car garage that is in need of an upgrade, so it is nice enough to use as a small office.
Some action items would include:
- Finishing the walls / ceiling
- Re-doing the rafters (or improving the current structure so it is not an eyesore)
- Installing a new utility sink
- Building some cabinets / shelving / desk space
- Refinish the floor
- Painting it entirely
We want a super clean garage that we can treat more of a living space vs. city dump.
