A large property management group is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to maintain properties in Santa Monica DUTIES: -Maintain multiple apartment buildings -Turning units for new tenants -Assisting with work orders -Painting, drywall repair, fixing/installing light fixtures, installing brand new appliances MUST HAVES: -3 years of experience as a maintenance tech -Experience with light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry -Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines -Reliable, show up on time every day JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $20-$22 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am - 5:30 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required
