Pay starts at $16 per hour while you train. Once you are trained you can earn $20-$27 per hour if you are a productive and ambitious person. This job is full time job. You must be legal to work here', speak some English, be ambitious and energetic and like to work. Lift 50 or more pounds. You need to be comfortable with power tools. You will be tested on running several power tools when you interview to show that you can operate them. More than anything else, you must be able to follow instructions. We are legally not allowed to have someone work on our tools if they are influenced by drugs of any kind. Doctor prescribed medications which suggest that you shouldn’t operate machinery while taking them are not acceptable while operating machinery just as it says on the medicine bottle or the doctor's instructions.
