Janitorial/Maintenance/ Handyman for Building NEED IT ASAP!!! The Job requires: Cleaning and removing trash from tenants and medical offices. Bathrooms of 3 floors Stairs, hallways. Cleaning windows, blinds, floors, carpet, beds, furniture, etc. Parking lot maintenance. Able to do handyman work (use of tools, small repairs, hang frames, put together furniture, move furniture, changing light bulbs, and whatever else is need it. Remove broken furniture, boxes, etc. Make sure the building is secure at the end of each day. *Responsible motivated with good communication skills. *No experience necessary we will train. Experience is a plus *Full time 5 days a week. (Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm *Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Job Type: Full time Salary: $15.00 /hour
