$14 to 14.75 per hour depending on the shift. Pettit Staffing is seeking entry level General Labor in SALEM!!. This includes maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. These are temporary openings with opportunity for growth!! Shifts Available: Day Shift: 8:00AM to 4:00pm Swing Shift: 4:00pm to Midnight Grave Shift: Midnight to 8:00am Skills needed: High school diploma/GED required May possess strong basic math skills a + Basic knowledge of working with gauges and calipers is a plus Responsibilities: Run and monitor production in order to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain records and documentation. Maintain area according to production policy. Other duties as assigned. Good communication skills. Ability to listen to others and communicate ideas in a constructive manner. Self-motivated and positive attitude. Ability to handle criticism and feedback constructively. Flexibility and an eagerness to learn new tasks.
