The Inside Sales and Logistics Support Representative will join a team of inventory or warehouse employees to manage and record new stock as its produced, sold and then and shipped out. Responsible for daily communication with customers, warehouse and distribution network, including dealer network, to ensure the correct stock levels at all locations are at agreed levels and ensure customer satisfaction to all new and existing customers. This role is also responsible for supporting sales initiatives by contacting potential customers to find what they want, produce quotes and ensure a smooth sales process, enter orders into ERP software, and build partial or complete shipments. They might work personally to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Responsibilities and Duties · Works inventory tracking system to record production, shipments and stock levels. · Evaluates production, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. · Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. · Communicates inventory levels with internal employees, dealers and other potential customers to meet business goals · Develops business relationships with suppliers and dealers. · Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs. · Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency · Make outbound calls to current and prospective clients to engage in sales, promotions or information distribution · Answer inbound calls as necessary to provide updated information on inventory levels · Produce quotes for potential sales from personal efforts or from requests generated from Outside Sales Team · Works daily to properly dispatch shipments to ensure customer needs · Process incoming orders via ERP system Qualifications · College Degree preferred · 3-5 years experience in inventory or logistics management, or inside sales. · Demonstrated success in inside sales. · Excellent communicator. · Works well under pressure. · Hands on Manager- willing to roll up their sleeves · Must be able to lift 25 lbs (sample shipments/deliveries) · Proficiency in NetSuite a plus!! · Spanish speaker a plus!!
