Looking for immediate hires!! Our warehouse team is growing and we’re looking for professional, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to join our team. Our warehouse team is a critical part of how we succeed as a business here at Paradigm Group. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment. Our team works hard to fulfill orders with efficiency and accuracy, meet shipment deadlines, and collaborate as a team on special projects. Warehouse responsibilities are as follows: Process, Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately. Operate all warehouse machinery required to complete responsibilities. Verify product orders picked and packed; Report and correct discrepancies. Operate efficiently and adhere to the SOP per Management. Assist with receiving process loading and unloading incoming product shipments. Build and wrap palletized orders to specific requirements. Report purchase order inventory shortages when receiving stock. Preparing shipments for Fed Ex, UPS and other freight companies. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse to help the team maintain a safe environment and optimize space utilization. Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull weights of up to 50 pounds; products vary in weight and size. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for shifts ranging from 8 – 10 hours. Perform all job functions following proper safety requirements. Ability to drive or assist deliveries on a 26 foot box truck. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Assist with all other warehouse duties as assigned. It is important that the applicant has the following: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have basic mathematical skills. Should have 3 years of shipping/packing experience, be aware of packing good practices & shipping requirements. Must have attention to detail. Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and motorized warehouse equipment in accordance with safety protocols and procedures. Forklift/Reach truck certification required. It would be ideal if this person is from a busy, high-volume shipping environment, bringing prior knowledge to this position. Excellent work ethic, hard-working, and reliability; attendance and punctuality are an important part of performance standards. Dedicated and self-motivated to completing repetitive and manual tasks with a sense of urgency to meet distribution goals. Successful working in a team as well as independently. All applicants will have to pass a mandatory Drug screening.  Job Type: Ability to work over 40+ hours a week if required.
