Learn to Draw - Private Art Tutor/Class

Hello! I am offering one on one, private drawing classes. All aspects of drawing will be covered, including perspective, anatomy, value relations, light, texture, form and composition. We also do day trips to draw at the Met! The class can be tailored to your desired objectives or goals, and we can focus heavily on any idea if wish to improve in a certain area especially. Time and duration are up to you, as I am flexible on schedule. This is also not a singular class; typically my students return weekly, for as long as they want to come. The date and duration in the craigslist description are just placeholders. I have a large studio off the Jefferson L with a great view of Manhattan with a full wall of windows. I am a practicing artist with an MFA from the New York Academy of Art. I currently work in sculpture, but have had extensive training in figurative drawing and painting. I have taught in many formats, including private lessons, high school, college and graduate school. I am also fully vaxxed. This would be a great opportunity for anyone of any skill level or age looking for skill sets not taught in high school or college. It is also a great way to spend evening or afternoon in a calm, mediative activity geared towards self improvement and creativity. I charge 25$ an hour, and classes are typically 2-3 hours long.
