Description: Multiple short-term rental businesses (AirBnB style, nightly rentals) in Sacramento, CA are seeking a cleaner. The ideal candidate will be based in the surrounding area of downtown to south Sacramento, CA. The cleaner will be a contractor of Whitney’s Fresh and Clean LLC. Responsibilities: Seeking meticulous Cleaner who pays high attention to detail and can operate in a fast pace environment through efficient and optimized cleaning procedures. There will be plenty of guidance and training but Cleaner is expected to be responsible, consistent, and dependable. Cleaning duties will include but are not limited to: clean all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens & appliances, barbeque etc. Changing out linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms (towels, sheets), washing the linen and storing it at on-site storage, bagging and taking the trash out to bins on the property, and re-stocking items like toiletries, kitchenware, etc. (provided by the property owner and easily accessed on-site). Cleaner is expected to have their own cleaning supplies which includes cleaning cloths, various cleaning solutions, mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum..etc. Airbnb Cleaner is also responsible for reporting damages, missing items, or any other violations of the rental listing such as parties, smoking, excessive messes, and other illegal activity. Cleaner will take photos of any evidence of these violations and report them to the homeowner. Preferred Qualifications: Someone with exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to document using phone based applications. You will need a reliable vehicle as you will be driving to the units. A reliable smartphone is also required as we use app-based scheduling software. Preferred 15+ hours minimum of cleaning per week with the availability of more hours with increased demand. Job Details: On the job training will be provided Hotel/Airbnb style cleaning mainly between the hours of 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, any day of the week including weekends. Compensation will start by the hour between $15.00 - $20.00/hour based on experience not including commute time but all listing will be local. The first 3-months will serve as a probationary training period and then will be increased to a per-house model of compensation.
