Description
We are rehoming a very sweet and friendly female German Shepherd. We purchased her from Kreative Kennels last July, with the intention of having a good guard dog. She is registered and certified with the American Kennel Club, with a record of all updated shots. She's microchipped and we have her record of spayed/neutered. Her name is Yeda, she turns 4 in July. She's genuinely a very loving and friendly dog, but she's just not the guard dog we were hoping for and doesn't seem to have it in her - but who knows, maybe with a good trainer she could get there. Yeda is great with our other dogs, chickens and cats. She did fine around our 6 year old grandson and 3 year old granddaughter. She has the energy of a puppy and gets very excited when we are about to go on a walk! Really would like for her to go to a good loving home with space for her to run around. She is smart and was trained to respond to the German commands: "Foos" "Sitz" "Plotz" - does great on a leash and is crate trained. We keep her crate indoors, and she goes outside quite a bit. Never had a problem with her roaming or straying from the property, we live on an acre. Contact me for more info. There is a rehoming fee of $500, which is way less than what we bought her for. It would be best if you were familiar with this breed.
