This position will perform mechanical work and maintenance for our multi-family apartment properties in Dane County. Pride of ownership and wanting to do a great job is key! Position includes ensuring the buildings, grounds and common areas of all properties are kept clean, neat and safe. This position also includes apartment turn overs, repairs, some painting and maintenance. We are looking for someone with knowledge and skills using hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment. We are a fun and professionally team, we expect you to be both as well. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate, read and write effectively. This is a full-time position that includes paid vacation, health insurance and other benefits. There is a great opportunity for growth in our expanding company! Experienced preferred.
